Yes, we have a team of Group Leaders who will accompany the group from the UK. All of our Group Leaders have completed the Hajj pilgrimage numerous times and are able to converse in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Arabic. Non-British passport holders can get a Hajj Visa if they are on a work permit, student Visa, a passport with an indefinite leave to remain in the UK, or are in the UK to live with their spouse. Passports carrying only visit visas will not be granted a Hajj Visa.
Once we have confirmed your booking, the room occupancy level is guaranteed for hotels in Makkah and Madinah depending on which package you choose.
We use European tents as used by most UK groups, and offer exclusive special facilities such as 24 hour hot and cold drinks with catering facilities.
A condition of Hajj is that all women must be accompanied by a close male relative (Mahram) – we are unable to accept any bookings from lone females, although over 45’s may travel in groups alone according to new regulation.

A non-refundable deposit of £1000 per person is required to secure your place on the Hajj pilgrimage.
Our itinerary has been set according to the official Saudi Arabia calendar. However, if due to the actual sighting of the moon the day is adjusted, we have no control over this and will have to adjust the programme accordingly. We cannot prepare for this eventuality in advance and will do our utmost to make alternative convenient arrangements.
All of our rooms are standard rooms, therefore, we are unable to guarantee a Haram view room. If we are given any Haram view rooms, these are allocated on a random basis to remain as fair as possible.
Yes, the Hajj drafts as required by the Saudi government are included.
There are many laundrettes near the Haramayn in Makkah and Madinah that will wash and press your clothes, usually within 24 hours. Ask one of the SkyFly organisers or at the hotel reception.
The exchange rate is between 5.0 – 6.0 riyals to the pound. This may change by the time of the pilgrimage.
No - you will not have your passport with you to cash them.
There are many money exchange facilities dotted around Makkah and Madinah. Ask one of the SkyFly organisers for the whereabouts of the closest one. Five star hotels will normally exchange money but at a lower rate.
We usually have a doctor that accompanies us from the UK who will be available for advice and to prescribe medicine. Most medicines are available over the counter. If you need to go to hospital, you would be entitled to free medical treatment.
We can arrange a container to be delivered to your hotel at Makkah at a small charge. Or, we usually have a ZamZam cargo service for those who may have excess luggage. Details will be given in Makkah at the time.
