Sky Fly will organize Ziarah in both Holy Cities. Group 3 Hujjaj may not be able to partake in the Makkah visits because the sites are closed to visitors a few days before the Days of Hajj.

Key Information for Hajj Travelers

Jeddah Airport is large, with various terminals accommodating different airlines. Each group will be informed closer to the time of their flight’s landing at which terminal, as this is always subject to change.

Please keep your family with you at all times.
Please retrieve your baggage as instructed and keep it with you.
Your baggage is fully your responsibility.
Please remain in the designated waiting area upon arrival as instructed.
Please be patient.

PASSPORTS: E-visas are provided for all Hujjaj holding Pakistan passports. You will need this to enter Saudi Arabia and must possess either a British passport or proof of settlement in the UK (BRP) to return home. The Saudi authorities will retain your Pakistan passports upon arrival at Jeddah airport until you depart from Medinah airport.

TRANSPORT: All transfers within Saudi Arabia are conducted with privately hired coaches, except for the airport journeys. We expect all such arrangements to proceed smoothly, but please remain patient if any delays occur. When you are asked to wait for the coaches, kindly do so with your families in the designated areas.

(NOTE) Always follow your Group Leader’s instructions to avoid stress and delays.

Accommodation, Transport & Essentials for Mina and Arafah

Sky Fly Hajj Package offers a small sofa bed for each person in the male/female segregated tents in Mina and Arafah.

Space in the Mina/Arafah tents is quite limited. A list of essential items to pack can be provided upon request.

SKY FLY will provide each Hajji with a backpack. Please use only this to pack your essential items for use in Mina. Please do not bring any other luggage with you to Mina, as you will need to carry your belongings back to Makkah on your final walk from the Mina tents via Jamarat (third stoning) to the Dream Zone Hotel.

Four coaches will be dedicated solely to our group. You will receive the seating arrangement in due time.
Journeys during the Days of Hajj can be slow, unpredictable, and chaotic. Be prepared for long queues of people and coaches.
During the Days of Hajj, we will coordinate meals in Mina and Arafah with the Saudi authorities. The food will be of Pakistani origin

7^th Zil-Hijah

After Asar, you will receive instructions for putting on your Ehram and details about when dinner will be served. The coaches transporting all Hujjaj from Makkah to Mina may arrive anytime between Asr and Isha—this entirely depends on the Saudi authorities and traffic conditions in Makkah. We kindly request the Sky Fly group to be patient and cooperative. Please let ladies and the elderly sit first.

8^th Zil-Hijah

A full day of Ibadah in Mina.

9^th Zil-Hijah (Hajj Day)

ARAFAH: The group will travel by coach from Mina to Arafah. The departure time cannot be confirmed at the moment. The entire day will consist of ibadah and rest in the Arafah tents. Departure to Muzdalfah by coach will occur sometime after Maghrib.
MUZDALIFAH: We will spend the night in the open air on rough ground, offering our Maghrib and Isha prayers together. During our stay, we will collect a minimum of 49 small stones.

10^th Zil-Hijah (Eid Day)

Fajar will be offered in Muzdalfah, and after Waqoof, walking will begin for the stoning of the Shaytan.

JAMARAT: 1st Stoning, and we walk back to the hotel in Makkah. This is a long and demanding walk, so please be prepared.
QURBANI: The entire Sky Fly group’s Qurbani will be completed after we arrive at our Makkah hotel and before early afternoon.
TAWAF-E-ZIARAT: After the Qurbani, everyone will perform their Tawaf-e-Ziarat individually.
Return to Mina: Late at night, the four coaches will collect the entire group from our hotel in Makkah and drop us off as close to the Mina tents as possible.
The night is spent at Mina.

11^th Zil-Hijah

2nd Stoning: All Hujjaj will walk individually or in small groups from Mina to Jamarat and then return to Mina for a final overnight stay.

12^th Zil-Hijah

3rd Stoning: All Hujjaj will walk either individually or in small groups from Mina to Jamarat before returning to our hotel in Makkah.

13^th Zil-Hijah

Tawaf-E-Al-Wida: Everyone will have the opportunity to perform their Tawaf-e-al-Wida individually.

14^th Zil-Hijah

MAKKAH-To-MEDINAH: Four coaches will transport the entire group from the Makkah Dream Zone Hotel to the Medinah Artal International Hotel.
